Yes. Tolv serves individuals and companies. In some cases, features, channels or settings may require additional data for activation, validation or billing.
To start a trial, you need to use a corporate email with the company or website domain. We currently do not accept free emails such as Gmail, Hotmail and similar providers for trial account creation.
Yes. You can request a plan change with our support team. For annual plans, upgrades are allowed, but downgrades are not allowed during the contracted period.
Cancellation must be requested by the customer by email at financeiro@tolv.io and will only take effect after Tolv confirms it. Tolv does not monitor platform usage to infer cancellation. There is no refund, reimbursement, discount or credit for unused periods when cancellation was not requested and confirmed.
