Tolv offers plans with different limits and features for operations at different stages. You can compare features in the plan table and choose the option that best fits your team. Some items, such as AI credits and certain channel integrations, may have separate pricing, availability or setup.

The free trial lets you explore the platform for a limited period before subscribing. Some features may be limited or unavailable in the trial, including integrations with channels such as WhatsApp and AI integrations. Contact our team to understand what is available for your scenario.

We currently accept bank slip and PIX, depending on availability and applicable commercial terms. Credit card and TED payments are temporarily unavailable.

Yes. Tolv serves individuals and companies. In some cases, features, channels or settings may require additional data for activation, validation or billing.

To start a trial, you need to use a corporate email with the company or website domain. We currently do not accept free emails such as Gmail, Hotmail and similar providers for trial account creation.

Yes. You can request a plan change with our support team. For annual plans, upgrades are allowed, but downgrades are not allowed during the contracted period.

Cancellation must be requested by the customer by email at financeiro@tolv.io and will only take effect after Tolv confirms it. Tolv does not monitor platform usage to infer cancellation. There is no refund, reimbursement, discount or credit for unused periods when cancellation was not requested and confirmed.

WhatsApp integration may depend on setup, approval, availability and specific commercial terms. In some scenarios, channel, broadcast, template or provider costs may be charged separately. Contact our team to evaluate the best format for your operation.

LLM consumption credits are used by generative AI features, such as agents and assistants, when they process messages or generate answers. Consumption may vary depending on the model used, conversation size, amount of context analyzed and answer complexity. When the available credits run out, you can purchase more to keep AI features running.

Trainable AI agents are assistants configured with information, rules, instructions and content from your operation. They can support service, qualification, support and other routines, always according to the training and settings defined in the platform.

AI agents use generative artificial intelligence models to interpret messages and produce more flexible answers. Chatbots usually follow defined flows, rules and steps, which tends to provide more predictability and control. The best choice depends on the type of service, desired automation level and need to control the experience.
